Real Estate has been my passion since 1992 and after a very slow start, I have finally figured some things out. That is why I want to share this with you. You see, I struggled for several years in the beginning. I was a contractor and rehabbed several properties. I even bought all the late night nothing down courses, on TV. But I never had much luck in the beginning.
Going through all that and all the money I wasted on some of those courses, I was able to find a few good ones. I believe in Education and I am not talking about the school of hard knocks, even though we all have to go through them. But hopefully, we will help you to avoid some of them and accelerate your learning curve.
There are a lot of Guru's out there and I do encourage you to learn from them. But what do you do after you attend their seminars or buy their books and tapes.

My goal is to provide you with a place to find all the resources you need. Informative articles on the subjects you want, and my own personal advice and consultation. If I don't know the answers to your questions, I know where to get them.
I am constantly learning and improving my own skills. I want to encourage you to do the same. One thing I have seen over the years is that the most successful people, in any business are the ones who become the student of their topic and never stop learning.
